One of our prestigious clients who into tourism industry is looking for Front Office Manager to work in their Galle office immediately.
Qualifications
- Establish a Departmental Annual Operating Budget and ensure that it is strictly adhered to by controlling the costs.
- Making Departmental reports and correspondence.
- In conjunction with Reservations, effectively manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and average rate.
- Ensuring quality of service and product at all time by reviewing and appraising procedures within your department.
- Ensure efficient management of vehicle fleet, communication and overall Front Office Operations.
- Ensure folio detail and guest history records are current and precise.
Experience & Qualifications
- Past experience under similar capacity / senior executive in the Front Office.
- Qualifications from a recognized Hotel Management Institution.
- Exceptional computer literacy.
- Highly developed organizational skills.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
