One of our prestigious client who is looking for Junior Secretary to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Job Roles

• General Correspondence, Answering Telephone Calls, Filing files, Scanning documents and Assisting in day to day operations.
• Scheduling Appointments for MD and Chairman, Ticket Booking and coordination with the Mumbai Secretarial team. ETC,

Requirements Needed

• 2 years of Experience in the relevant field.
• Should have a proper knowledge in Handling Administrative Activities
• Should posses good Computer literacy Skills
• Should have good speaking knowledge in English.
• The candidate should be graduated in any business development degree field.
• Age limit should be between 20-40 Years old.
