Description
Immediate Vacancy One of our prestigious Indian Clients’ who is a leading occupancy services and an interior design company is looking for a Finance Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Who has a good knowledge of the accounting practices as per the norms of Sri Lanka.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Knows taxation process.
- Should understand the nuances involved in setting up business by a foreign company in Sri Lanka
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Should have understanding of the liaising process for various approvals and licensing involved
- Should have some level of liaising with banks in Sri Lanka for quickly setting up business.
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 7 – 8 years of related experience
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
