One of our prestigious clients’ who is Sri Lanka’s largest and No – 1 company for hardware is looking for Senior HR Executive to work in their Colombo office immediately.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in HR (2-3 years’ experience in Executive Level)
• Professional Qualifications - PQHRM or Degree in HRM or similar qualification is a must
• Should have good communication skills
• Candidates must have experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Welfare, Grievance Handling, etc.
• Should be a great team player
• Should be able to work from Monday to Saturday (Saturday until 3.00pm).
• Priority will be given for candidates who can join within a short notice
• Should be good in Acts (Shop & Office/ Factory Ordinance, etc) and Labor Laws
