One of our prestigious clients’ who is Sri Lanka’s largest and No – 1 company for hardware is looking for Junior Secretary to the MD to work in their Colombo office immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing diaries and making appointments
• Booking rooms and travel arrangements
• Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings
• Taking minutes
• Dealing with post
• Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations
• Maintaining filing systems
• Answering the phone and answering queries
• Photocopying and printing
• Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

REQUIREMENTS

• A young & energetic lady who should be pro-active.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
• Should be able to join immediately
