Description

One of our prestigious Indian Clients’ who is a leading occupancy services and an Interior design company is looking for Manager-Technical Sales to work in their Colombo office immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning: Make a plan for all activities for the week, including list of clients and areas/industry focus and submit to Line Manager
• Design & Build: Work closely on Design Build projects and give technical inputs for client presentations
• Pre-Bid Discussion: Become an active member of presentations for pre-bid meetings and make valuable contributions on technical aspects and discussions
• Client Servicing: Follow up with customers and convert the quotations to ORDERS. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings, e-mailers or via telephone etc.
• Feedback mechanism: Actively record/ register all customer complaints and follow through their resolutions. Submit reports to Sales Head.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Around 3-5 years of industry experience.
• Technically Qualified
• Interpersonal skills, Good communication skill, team player, Eye for details.
