Description

One of our prestigious clients’ who is Sri Lanka’s largest and No – 1 company for hardware is looking for Receptionists to work in their Colombo office immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills; teamwork and customer service skills are required
• At least 1 – 2 years of experience in the same field
• Language Proficiency – English, Sinhala & Tamil is preferred (all 3 language is a MUST)
