One of our prestigious who is online and digital marketing is looking for Associate Creative Director to work in their Colombo office immediately.
Job Summary
The Associate Creative Director is responsible for conception and execution of marketing materials and must be conceptual, creative and collaborative.Job Responsibility
- Establishes and maintains high internal quality by originating creative ideas, managing project time lines, adhering to Creative Briefs, ensuring consistency of strategic branding.
- Marketing Strategy formulation; planning and tactical campaign construction and execution.
- Maintains consistently high execution excellence by ensuring Graphics Team has appropriately been assigned to projects, time lines are managed and strategic brand objectives are promoted.
- Responsible for maintaining and building relationships with media, agencies, radio & TV stations, BTL marketing materials suppliers and the Public Relations agency for articles promoting key events of the company.
- Maintain a high standard and demonstrate creativity in the execution of Graphic Artworks.
- Review and recommend changes to portfolios and campaigns, ensuring fit with brand.
-Ensures smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation, the assignment of appropriate resources to jobs, providing direction and assistance as needed.
- Overseeing concept, design and copy writing direction for press ads, newsletter Social Media content, Company website banners. External website banners, hoardings, leaflets pennants & printed banners.
- Creative direction on online customer journey ad the UX experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Degree in Marketing and / or Graphic Designing qualifications OR Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent Graphic Designing qualification.
- 4 to 6 years’ of experience in similar capacity.
- Sound knowledge in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
- Must be able to work well under pressure and time constraints, must possess strong detail-orientation and solid organizational skills and must possess a strong team-orientation.
