Key Focus Areas & Account Abilities – Business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the region
- Visit Sales locations to demonstrate/explain product offers and pre-verify customer outstanding, obtain necessary documentations and connection fee from customers.
- Delivery Cash and Carry products to the customer.
- Shall ensure that documentations are filled correctly and up-to required standards.
- Ensure daily sales activation documents reach the BP Supervisor and follow-up activation.
- Maintain Weekly/Monthly Sales Funnel and follow-up on leads to ensure maximum closure of sales leads.
- Shall attend monthly meetings with BP Supervisor/RGSS to review performances and to resolve performance barriers.
- Obtain assistance from BP Supervisor to resolve complex sales scenarios
- Shall execute the Sales Execution plan for allocated customers in the region and obtain support from the BP Supervisor to open up complex leads.
- Shall seek out net new customers to Dialog and suggest attractive product offers.
- Shall provide a forecast of required sales/demo unit stocks and re-order the same when required.
- Accountability for demo stocks and booths.
- Ensure product offer and process knowledge is up-to- date and request BP Supervisor for training if required.
- Shall provide input for BP Supervisor on region-wise market trends, new/customized product/Lesi pay requirements
- Setup Tier–II and Tier-III booths on locations and coordinate with respective BP supervisor for Tier-I booths
- Execute efficient Sales Promotions in the region
- Maintain smooth customer relations and obtain support from the GFSS and Customer Operations team
Key Focus Areas & Accountability – Management
- Maintain excellent relationship with admin staff and customer base
- Personally involve in solving customer related issues
- Maintain excellent relationship with customer’s base
- Maintain a monthly visit itinerary in order to adequately cover maximum sales locations
Qualification & Experience
- GCE A/L
- More than 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
