One of our prestigious clients’ who is into Telesales is looking for Tele Partner Account Managers to work in their Colombo office immediately.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with Channel Partner accounts provided on an assigned basis to build relationships, profile the company, technology, industry and competitive footprint
- Candidate with Channel Sales, Partner Management Experience in Sri Lanka Market is required.
- Build and maintain relationship with key decision makers within assigned Partner accounts with account plans
- Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client’s products, license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
- Convert client leads into sales opportunities through contacts and partners
- Expand partner mind share and loyalty, Partner profiling and prioritization activity and drive to meet sales goals.
- Partner ID setup for recruited new partners, Activate, Train and enable the mapped partners to better serve the customer
- Ensure sales opportunities are successfully managed through the Sales Process to the 100% Close/Deploy stage.
- Adhere to Worldwide Tele processes and standards consistent with the operational frameworks
What We Expect
- 3 year minimum experience within a sales, partner management and account management background
- 3 year minimum sales and account management experience within the IT industry
- Language: Local Sinhalese and English is must
- Awareness and knowledge within the IT/telecoms products, services and market.
- Experienced Channel Sales person with partner Management Experience
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and timelines
- Business communication skills bother verbally and written
