Description
Responsible for the management and development of the entire non-motor underwriting portfolio Driving and directing the whole non-motor underwriting team to achieve the company's annual goals Training and development of the underwriting team
Requirement
ACII qualification / similar professional qualification with more than eight years experience in non-motor underwriting or a minimum of 12 years experience in non-motor underwriting (preferably in the fields of fire and engineering underwriting)
Should be below 50 years of age
A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
High computer literacy and excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently
