Our prestigious client in the UK, who are a fast-growing group of companies in the Accountancy and Financial services industry, is seeking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director.

# Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Handle confidential sensitive documents and information of the Director and company with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Manage communication channels, including screening phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Act as the first point of contact in the absence of the Director, handling inquiries and issues.
Handle client complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating them to the Director as necessary.
Coordinate with Advisors and paraplanners regarding queries and case matters, providing necessary support.
Assist in coordinating matters with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Conduct accounting tasks, such as reconciling Xero, tracking expenses, and processing payments.
Prepare monthly profit and loss for company directors.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Director and other team members as needed.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required by the Director, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Manage FCA accounts, staying updated on deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Create and manage Google Business accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Respond to Google and Trustpilot reviews, addressing feedback and concerns.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely processing.
Provide monthly PMS Proc Fee report to the Compliance Officer.
Add new users and allocate CPD's in the Competent Adviser system.
Maintain and update registers/login sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Monitor back office work to ensure targets are met, reporting any discrepancies or delays.
# Experiences & Qualifications:
Candidates should be adaptable to UK Office hours: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 10.30pm in the winter and 1.30pm to 9.30pm in the summer (SL time).
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably as a Personal Assistant to top-level management.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Intermediate knowledge and experience with basic accounting tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
