Market RateResponsibility
- Handle and process employees’ working visas.
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies to provide advice on the immigration requirements that an employee must meet in order to secure a working visa.
- Assist employees with the completion of paperwork, ensuring it is submitted on time.
- Ensure the company records are up-to-date for labor and immigration concerns.
- Maintain the confidentiality, safekeeping, and security of the company records for labor and immigration concerns.
- Resolve problems concerning different government agencies (Revocation, Motion for Reconsideration, etc.).
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good command of English.
- Must be willing to travel to government offices (immigration, etc.).
- Efficient organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication skills in both oral and written forms.
