- Experience in service management in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of technicians.
- Proficient in handling customer inquiries and service requests.
- Experience in preparing detailed service reports for management.
- Able to work under pressure and meet service targets.
