One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a progressive food and beverage company with operations across the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Training In-Charges to join their team.Eastern Charisma Group of Company (Pvt) Ltd. (SLBFE #2753) 12A, Ridgeway Place, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04.
Salary
KD 700 - 800Responsibility
- Develop comprehensive training and development plans tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with line managers.
- Deploy various training methods to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Organize and conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training programs and report results.
- Manage the training budget efficiently.
- Resolve specific training-related challenges and tailor programs as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with training trends, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, hospitality management, or a relevant field.
- Proven working experience as a training officer or similar role.
- Strong track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Strong report writing and record-keeping abilities.
- Good computer and database skills.
