One of our prestigious clients in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for an experienced Legal Associates to join their team immediately.# Salary: Negotiable
# Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice or in-house counsel roles.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan corporate and employment laws.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and use of related tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Provide legal support and advice to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.
- Conduct risk analysis on potential business operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve legal issues effectively.
- Stay updated with amendments to laws and legal procedures.
