Description
One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced American Grill Chefs to join their team immediately.Eastern Charisma Group of Company (Pvt) Ltd. (SLBFE #2753) 12A, Ridgeway Place, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04.
Salary
SAR 2,300 - SAR 2,500Responsibility
- Prepare and grill high-quality American-style dishes according to the menu.
- Maintain proper food hygiene and safety standards in all cooking processes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for supplies.
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes during busy hours.
- Experiment with new recipes and menu enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an American Grill Chef.
- Expertise in grilling techniques and handling grilling equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations efficiently.
- Culinary certification or relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.
