One of our prestigious clients is looking for Head Coach - Rowing to work in Colombo.

Qualification

- Effective communication skills and abilities that extends across all stakeholders

- Proven capability in coordinating and managing a high performance coaching programme in a competitive school sporting competition.

- Attracting and developing student rowers as well as mentoring and providing guidance and support

We are seeking Candidates who are;

- Coaching qualification.

- Personal experience in rowing competitively in national and international level regattas.

- Previous experience in leading and/or running a successful rowing programme as a Head Coach, Director or Manager would be advantages.

- Demonstrated use of innovative and contemporary training and coaching techniques which will also support the ethos of the school.
