One of our prestigious clients who is into Hotel and IT Business units is inviting suitably qualified candidates for the Post of Sous Chef to work at their international based Group of Companies.

Qualification

- Applicant is expected to put a menu and manage the Hot Kitchen and Cold Kitchen.

- Must be familiar with a wide Western and Eastern Cuisines including the management of the cold kitchen.

- Must have a minimum of 07 years experience working in a 3-4 star hotel.
