One of our reputed clients who is into leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide is looking for Senior Manager - Quality Assurance to join immediately.

Job Profile & Function

- To discharge the functions of the Senior Quality Manager as required under ISO/IEC 17025:2005, SLAB standard.

- To ensure that the management system related to quality is implemented, reviewed, update and followed at all time at every location.

- To organize and participate in management review meetings.

- Plan internal audit as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.

- To monitor internal quality checks and proficiency testing.

- To organize and monitor training of the new staff regarding the testing activity carried out by the laboratory and to provide refresher training/new tests to the existing staff.

- To plan monitor external and internal training as per training needs of the laboratory.

- To monitor and update complaints, non-conforming work, corrective and preventive actions and needs for improvement to the top management.

- Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.

- To plan and monitor external and internal calibration of equipment and reference standards.

- Implement any other instructions from the top management in accordance with the company policies.

Personal Profile

- Graduation any specialization, from UGC accredited academic institutions.

- MBA in General Management/Operations Management.

- Minimum 08-10 years of work experience in relevant and related fields.

- Proven track record at driving businesses with Managerial Exposure.

- Unblemished character with unimpeachable integrity.

- Amicable personality with strong inter - personal relationship and social skills.

- Should be a team player with dedication and commitment towards achieving set goals.

- Computer literate with good report writing skills & ability to analyses, capture and present information effectively.
