One of our prestigious clients who is into biggest family fashion chain in clothing is looking for Visual Merchandiser to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Job Profile

- To execute merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor.

- To be responsible for visual displays, inventory management and creating and maintaining a compel¬ling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales.

- To ensure that the image and style of the store is projected at all times.

- Responsible for moving merchandise, shelving, fixtures, changing signage and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of fixtures, signage, lights, and equipment.

- To providing on-the-job training, feedback, recognition and motivating other members of the store team to actively support visual merchandising efforts.

- Work with Marketing team, Store Management and other staff to create seasonal floor plans and implement floor changes consistent with the store layout, customer demands, and current product focus.

The Applicant Should Possess

- A qualification relating to Visual Merchandising and / or retail marketing.

- Practical experience in visual merchandising and product displays.

- Out of the box thinking and creativity.
