One of our prestigious clients who is into insurance industry is looking for Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Job Responsible

- Responsible for the management and development of the entire non-motor underwriting portfolio.

- Be at the forefront of the entire non-motor underwriting team to achieve the company's annual goals.

- Training and development of the underwriting team.

Requirements

- ACII qualification / similar professional qualification, with more than 8 years experience in non-motor underwriting, or a minimum of 12 years experience in non-motor underwriting (preferably in the fields of fire and engineering underwriting).

- Should be below 50 years of age.

- A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.

- High computer literacy and excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
