One of our prestigious clients who is into banking industry is looking for Branch Manager to work in their Negombo/ Matara/ Gampaha/ Ratnapura/ Jaffna office immediately.
Job Profile
- Canvass group business amongst institutions, corporate, retail sector and high net-worth individuals in the region.
- Achieve growth and profitability targets of the branch.
- Organizing presentations & workshops for the clients.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration functions of the branch.
- Plan and execute Marketing and Brand Management activities relevant to the branch.
Profile
- Over 5 years of experience in a Finance Company/ Bank.
- Proven track record with a significant client base.
- Experience in selling Liability Products (Eg. Fixed Deposits).
- Work experience in the selected region.
- Resident in the selected region.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Sinhala/ Tamil.
- Bachelor's degree/ professional qualification will be an added advantage.
