One of our prestigious clients who is into cultural events industry is looking for Electrical Engineer to work in their Horana office immediately.

Job Profile

Responsible for engineering maintenance activities of electrical distribution and instrumentation systems at Horana manufacturing site.

Responsible for electrical safety audits and mitigation of gaps.

Drive energy conservation activities in the plant.

Undertake electrical and instrumentation projects from time to time to improve product quality, manpower productivity etc.

Applicant Profile

Candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

At least 4-7 years of industrial experience as an Electrical / Instrumental Engineer at senior level in similar industry.

Knowledge on latest instrumentation and automation technologies in the industry and PLC (Programmable Logic Control) technology.

Knowledge of modern manufacturing management concepts such as 5S/TPM/TQM/WCM etc.

Leadership skills for managing an unionized work force.

Should have good interpersonal and relationship management skills to handle internal/external stakeholders.

Should possess good analytical skills.

Specialization in energy conservation and knowledge on requirements of the Factories Ordinance will be advantages.
