One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia, a leader in the agriculture sector, is looking for experienced Agronomists to join their team immediately.Eastern Charisma Group of Company (Pvt) Ltd. (SLBFE #2753) 12A, Ridgeway Place, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04.
Salary
SAR 3500 + SAR 300 (food allowance)Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies for improving crop yield and quality.
- Analyze soil and recommend appropriate fertilizers and treatments.
- Monitor crop growth, identify issues, and provide solutions.
- Conduct research on sustainable farming practices and technologies.
- Provide training and technical support to farm staff.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in crop production and farm management.
- Expertise in plant nutrition, pest control, and irrigation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess soil, crop health, and yield optimization.
- Proficiency in English communication; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to conduct research and apply innovative agricultural practices.
