One of our prestigious clients who is into banking industry is looking for Assistant General Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Job Profile

- To assist the Chief Executive Officer in formulating and executing strategies and follow-up. 0 Setting goals and objectives for the Bank.

- Devising strategies and reviewing policies to ensure that business objectives are met. 0 Motivating self and the team to achieve objectives.

- Managing credit, operations and all other administrative functions of the Bank.

Candidate Profile

- Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 10 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution and MBA from a recognized university.

or

- Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 12 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution.

or

- AIB /Diploma in Bank Management with 14 years of experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution.
