One of our prestigious clients who is into Financial Service Providing Sector is looking for Assistant General Manager to work in their Head office immediately. Job Profile

• To assist the Chief Executive Officer in formulating and executing strategies and follow-up.
• Setting goals and objectives for the Bank.
• Devising strategies and reviewing policies to ensure that business objectives are met.
• Motivating self and the team to achieve objectives.
• Managing credit, operations and all other administrative functions of the Bank.

Qualification Required Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 10 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution and MBA from a recognized university. OR Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 12 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution. OR AIB /Diploma in Bank Management with 14 years of experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution.
