Job Profile
To assist the Chief Executive Officer in formulating and executing strategies and follow-up.
Setting goals and objectives for the Bank.
Devising strategies and reviewing policies to ensure that business objectives are met.
Motivating self and the team to achieve objectives.
Managing credit, operations and all other administrative functions of the Bank.
Qualification Required
Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 10 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution and MBA from a recognized university.
OR
Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 12 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution.
OR
AIB /Diploma in Bank Management with 14 years of experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution.
