POSITION - Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager : Non-Motor Underwriting

One of our prestigious clients who is into Engineering Sector is looking for Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager : Non-Motor Underwriting to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Job Description

- Responsible for the management and development of the entire non-motor underwriting portfolio

- Driving and directing the entire non-motor underwriting team to achieve the company's annual goals

- Training and development of the underwriting team

Qualification

- ACII qualification / similar professional qualification with more than 8 years experience in non-motor underwriting or a minimum of 12 years experience in non-motor underwriting (preferably in the fields of fire and engineering underwriting)

- Should be below 50 years of age

- A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills

- High computer literacy and excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently
