One of our reputed clients who is into Local Paint Industry is looking for Colour Matching Executive to join immediately.

Job Profile

- The ability to colour match without variations between small batches.

- Ensure the working equipment are maintained properly.

- Trouble shooting in the area of colour matching/colour complaint.

- Managing & maintaining the Quality parameters in the colour matching process.

- Work with peers to achieve the monthly forecaster sales volume target.

Candidate profile

- One year colour matching experience or 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.

- GCE (A/L) qualified in the Science stream with credit passes in Maths & English in GCE (0/L).

- Diploma from a Technical Training School will be an added advantage.

- Good communication skills in Sinhala/English.

- Result oriented, outgoing, disciplined and physically fit to work in a competitive working environment.
