One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait, a leading logistics and food service company, is seeking experienced Dispatchers to join their team immediately.Eastern Charisma Group of Company (Pvt) Ltd. (SLBFE #2753) 12A, Ridgeway Place, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04.
Salary
KD 120 + KD 20 (Food Allowance)Responsibility
- Coordinate the dispatch of orders to B2B and B2C clients efficiently.
- Oversee the preparation and assembly of packaging according to company standards.
- Maintain seamless communication between kitchen staff and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and update records of orders, dispatches, and inventories.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality guidelines in all dispatch activities.
- Resolve issues related to order management and delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and order systems. Familiarity with or willingness to learn packaging protocols and box assembly.
- Dispatching Expertise: Experience handling dispatch orders for B2B and B2C clients.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant environment with multiple delivery platforms.
- Coordination Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage communication between the kitchen and logistics teams effectively.
- Communication: Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Food Safety: Familiarity with food safety and quality standards.
- Gulf Experience: Prior work experience in the Gulf region is mandatory.
