Salary
1 to 2 years of experience: Rs. 50,000 3 to 4 years of experience: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 90,000Responsibility
- Coordinate with international clients for recruitment requirements.
- Source, screen, and select suitable candidates for overseas opportunities.
- Handle documentation processes for international placements.
- Manage client communications and recruitment agreements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in foreign recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent ability to manage client and candidate relations.
