JOB SUMMARY

leading Gems and jewelry company as part of its restructuring strategy is seeking a result oriented and dynamic GENERAL MANAGER. He/She should be an experienced, high caliber individual who will be able to drive the organization's success to a new height. The selected candidate will report to the board of directors of the organization. This will offer an individual with a rewarding and satisfying career along with the potential for further progression in the long term.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant or professional qualifications with at least 6 years of management experience.
• Candidate should demonstrate strong sales and marketing expertise and skills
• Leadership skills and proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve challenging sales targets.
• The ability to communicate and positively influence all levels, both internally and externally.
• Possess "hands on "style with strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to think innovatively and entrepreneurial.
• Experience in general management of a jewellery organization would be an added advantage.
• A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) would be and added advantage.
