One of our prestigious clients who is into leading Regional Plantation Company is looking for General Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent knowledge and proven skills in Tea/Rubber with sound knowledge of Low Country Tea Manufacture.

- Strategic thinker well equipped with interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Superintendent.

- Age below 50 years.

- Experience in senior management level in a Head Office of a Regional Plantation Company would be an added advantage.
