One of our reputed clients in logistics Industry is looking for Head Of Supply Chain to join immediately.

As a leading Conglomerate, we are looking for a professional who is qualified in Supply Chain Management with a MSc/ MBA. He/She should have good analytical skills with sound relation¬ship skills that will help the overall task of connecting the operation with its people. The individual we are looking at should possess minimum of 10 years' overall managerial experi¬ence with a minimum of 5 years' qualifying exposure in a similar capacity with awareness of local regulatory requirements of imports/exports.

The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible to coordinate the logistics of all aspects of our Supply Chain which consists of the following:

1) The planning and Strategy of this function for the Group by coordinating with all SBU Heads.

2) Centralizing the procurement process of raw materials and services and maintain an error free purchase inventory.

3) Improve the productivity and efficiency of our manufacturing practices. Streamline the current processes for cost reduction opportunities and introduce sustainable practices.

4) Centralize the distribution and logistics to bring in cost benefits at a Group level.

5) Introduce and streamline a process to manage customer fill rates and the return of goods.

The main focus of this job role is to consolidate the current processes and bring in cost benefits to our business operations. Moreover, we need the candidate to make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
