One of our prestigious Indian Clients’ who is a leading occupancy services and an Interior design company is looking for Manager - Projects one work in their Colombo office immediately.

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee and Plan entire projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs. Prepare budget and timelines for the project and track them, Coordinate with architect/interior designer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the project plans and specifications. Design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential problems. Develop and manage a project schedule that is approved by client.
• Monitor, maintain and ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, designs and drawings provided and agreed with client. Complete handover and support during DLP.
• Meeting, communicating and coordinating with management, clients, PMC and contractors related to daily business operations. Reporting documentation is delivered to the client including Final Bill within 30 days of virtual completion or according to an agreed schedule.
• Effective and efficient management of resources managed in line with the project budget and plan. Approval of supplier and sub-contractor bills.
• Lead, guide, support and manage a high performing team.
• Ensures compliance with organization values, policies and standards and also ensures compliance on statutory requirements including EHS.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

• Around 8-10 years of industry experience.
• Technically Qualified
• Interpersonal skills, Good communication skill, team player, Eye for details.
• Should have experience of Executing large scale Corporate Interior-Fit- out Projects
