One of our prestigious clients is looking for dynamic, driven, result-oriented, ambitious, and energetic "Personal Assistants to Director" to join their Colombo team immediately.
SALARY: NegotiableROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing comprehensive administrative support and carrying out the secretarial duties of the Director.
Maintaining and preparing correspondence reports, minutes of meetings, and other general secretarial works.
Responsible for the preparation of Board Papers to be sent to the company secretary and following up on Board decisions.
Maintaining a confidential and methodical filing system.
Conduct research and gather information to support the Director in the decision-making process.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
Degree/ Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in secretarial practice from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
Possessing a minimum of 2 years of experience is a must.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. (Tamil or Chinese would be an added benefit.)
Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS Office.
Knowledge and experience working in ERP or CRM.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Excellent organizing and planning skills.
Team player with a pleasing personality.
