Requirement

- Responsibilities include
• Coordination and implementation of healing and transformation programs
• Application of methodologies to promote healing and transformation
• Preparation of narrative and financial reports
• Developing funding proposals and donor liaison

- Experience working in peace and reconciliation programs
• Excellent command of English
• Working knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil
• Excellent Teamwork with willingness to work flexibly and travel to all parts of Sri Lanka
• Commitment and passion towards Peace and Reconciliation
