Description

One of our prestigious clients who are into Marketing Sector is looking for Regional Sales Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving annual regional sales targets and revenue targets
Managing the assigned Area Sales OffIcers and upgrading their selling skills
Develop strategies to capture the market growth of the region
Managing the Company distributors and dealers in the assigned region
Effectively manage the regional marketing budget as per agreed plan
Actively support and contribute to the company H&5 policies.

Qualifications and Skils

Graduate or Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing (SLIM / CIM)

Excelled customer orientation with good Interpersonal skills

07 years experience In a sales related role In FMCG /other related industry with minimum 03 years
experience in a managerial role in sales

Leadership skills and a blIttyto work In a team

Analytical Skills and good knowledge of the industry

Systematic problem-solving skills, interpersonal & IT skills

Communication Sides in Sinhalese and /or Tamil with English
