One of our prestigious clients’ who is the leading Logistic Company is looking for a Sales Performance & Program Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately.

SUMMARY

This position will responsible in implementing and managing Sales Programs in line with the regional and country sales strategy at the country level. Will assist to conceptualize sales programs to boost he sales within the country and effectively implement them liaising with the respected stakeholders. Will also monitor the progress of the programs and the report the Management time to time for any change of course.

JOB ROLE

• Provide effective consultancy and advisory to the Commercial Head and Sales Manager to analyse, plan and implement necessary sales plans.
• Assist to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Keep DHL Regional and Local Management up to date on relevant Regional Sales Program Development.
• Provide support to global / regional strategic initiatives in terms of informational needs.
• Coordinate system interface and new process to keep good interaction, data quality.
• Ensure adherence to Global and Regional standardization policies to ensure the sales processes and systems are aligned across.
• Implement Regional Sales targeting and measurement guidelines to ensure adherence.
• Ensure periodic reporting requirements and adhered to at both country and regional level.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Should have a degree in any areas of Management of field. Any supplementary specialization in IT or Analysis would be an advantage.
• Should have strong competency in Analysis, Organizing and planning and problem diagnosing / solving.
• Should have excellent understanding of the Sales Process and background in Sales Analysis.
• Should have exceptional communication skills.
• Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience playing a similar role and any such experience in Sales would be an added advantage.
