One of our prestigious client who is into a Group of companies is looking for HR Executive (Female) to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Requirements Needed

• Minimum 5-6 years experience in the same possession
• Professional Qualifications - PQHRM or Degree in HRM or similar qualification is a must.
• Should have good communication skills
• Candidates must have experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Welfare, Grievance Handling, etc.
• Should be a great team player.
• Should be able to work from Monday to Saturday (Saturday until 3.00pm).
• Priority will be given for candidates who can join within a short notice
• Should be good in Acts (Shop & Office/ Factory Ordinance, etc) and Labor Laws
