One of our prestigious clients who are into Marketing sector is looking for Human Resource Manager to work in their Colombo office immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS

The right candidate must be a proactive, self-motivated and dynamic person with a professional outlook and proven track record. He/she possess the ability to assist and lead the Company's Human Resources Strategies and policies, formulate and manage all the related matters to achieve overall organizational goals by performing the following key job functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Being a change agent in creating a performance driven and learning culture throughout the organization and coaching to Senior Management team in people concerns.
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, decisions and maintain cordial relationship with staff at all levels including branch staff for better working environment.
• Facilitating to the entire branch network in developing and leading employee related programs which support Company's strategic direction.
• Managing all key result areas in HR including recruitment, talent management, reward and compensation, payroll and statutory benefits, etc....
• Development of appropriate channels for implementation of disciplinary measures, grievance handling Et employee counseling.
• Preparing and meeting HR budget and cost effectiveness in all HR related functions.
