Description

One of the leading and prestigious clients’ who is into Real Estate is looking for Store Keeper to work in their Colombo office immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overall receipt of materials & issuance to the concerned
• Following up with vendors/suppliers (whenever applicable) to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Check all formalities related to incoming materials such as delivery channels, invoice, and purchase order, MAR’s, test certificate, weight slip etc.
• Ensure material is checked for adequacy such as breakage, distortion etc.
• Ensure GRN’s are duly filled & filed
• Maintaining records of items received, issued or transferred to other locations
• Maintaining of MAR’s (Material Approval Request) & cross checking of delivered materials as per the MAR’s
• Preparation & issuance of weekly & monthly reports of material inventory wrt to cumulative quantities received, issued & currently in inventory
• Ensuring proper storage of materials, by self or by contractors
• Ensuring good housekeeping in stores
