Description

One of our prestigious clients who is into banking industry is looking for Trainee Staff Assistant to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Eligibility Criteria

Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka

Academic Qualifications

- G.C.E. Ordinary Level in 6 subjects (excluding optional subjects) with at least 5 Credit passes including Sinhala or Tamil, Mathematics and English Language all obtained in one sitting.

and

- G.C.E. Advanced Level in 3 subjects (excluding General English and General Knowledge) all obtained in one sitting.

Age

- Below 28 years, as at the closing date of applications

Other Attributes

- Above average inter-personal and communication skills.

- Ability to demonstrate perseverance and commitment.

- Ability to work towards time targets.

Terms and Conditions

- Three year training agreement, with provision to be absorbed to the grade of Staff Assistant - I of the permanent cadre, upon fulfilling requirements of the training agreement.

- Monthly training allowances (1st Year Rs.20,000/-, 2nd Year Rs.23,000/- and 3rd Year Rs. 28,000/-) will be paid during the training period and an attractive remuneration package inclusive of all fringe benefits will be offered, if absorbed into the permanent cadre.

- Should be prepared to serve in any part of the country.
