Our client, a leading construction company in Kuwait, is looking for a skilled and motivated "Workshop Supervisors" to join their team immediately.Eastern Charisma Group of Company (Pvt) Ltd. (SLBFE #2753) 19, De Vos Avenue, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04.
Salary
KD 630Responsibility
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the workshop.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and mechanics.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies.
- Maintain records of all work performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
